• We will not accept tentative reservations nor hold any sponsor packages. We´ll only consider a package sold once we receive a signed contract in return;

• Sponsors who choose a package which includes exhibition space get to pick their space in signing order, i.e. first come, first served (does not apply to the Silver packages, where exhibition space is smaller and set by us).
